Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- to provide a high level of customer service in the clubhouse
- to manage and develop the F & B team with our Food & Beverage Manager
- delivery of both internal and external functions to the highest of standards
- to help with Stock Management
- regular communication with your team, all other departments and the members
Requirements
- bar or Food Experience
- bar and Cellar Management would be preferred but training can be given in this respect
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for customer service
- excellent interpersonal skills
- A hands-on approach to management
- the ability to effectively work with the current F & B manager to help train and motivate a small team
- event experience would be an advantage
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends to the needs of the business
