  • to ensure surveys/inspections are thoroughly checked before submission, ensuring the recorded information is accurate and practical for project manager handover to clients

Requirements

  • proven experience in fire stopping or passive fire protection project management
  • strong understanding of fire compartmentation, fire risk assessments, and relevant legislation
  • proficiency in estimating software and project management tools
  • excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously
  • comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team
  • full UK driving licence
  • passive Fire Safety: 2 years

Responsibility

  • maintain regular daily communication with site teams, providing technical and logistical support to ensure smooth operations
  • compile and finalise project completion documentation, including certification reports, product data sheets, and comprehensive handover packs
