Requirements
A strong willingness to learn and grow within a small business/startup environment
at least 2 years of experience in a sales/business development role
demonstrable ability to navigate and optimise sales pipelines effectively
knowledge of marketing or social media advertising platforms such as Meta Business Suite
proven track record of managing successful sales pipelines
excellent customer service and communication skills, with a personable character
previous experience meeting and exceeding sales targets in a BDM/Sales role
confidence in leading product demonstrations and engaging with potential customers
