  • leveraging Meta ads and Pipedrive CRM, we maintain a constant flow of warm leads, providing an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in our expansion
  • since our inception during the COVID pandemic, we have successfully built a client base of 650+ restaurants, bars, and hotels
  • location: Southampton Science Park

Requirements

  • A strong willingness to learn and grow within a small business/startup environment
  • at least 2 years of experience in a sales/business development role
  • demonstrable ability to navigate and optimise sales pipelines effectively
  • knowledge of marketing or social media advertising platforms such as Meta Business Suite
  • proven track record of managing successful sales pipelines
  • excellent customer service and communication skills, with a personable character
  • previous experience meeting and exceeding sales targets in a BDM/Sales role
  • confidence in leading product demonstrations and engaging with potential customers
