Responsibility

  • install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings
  • read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical wiring
  • install electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, switches, and outlets
  • test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
  • use a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks
  • follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations

Requirements

  • NIC registered
  • strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and components
  • proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
  • ability to use hand and power tools effectively
  • excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • team player with the ability to be flexible
  • strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
