- LA FROMAGERIE'S FLAGSHIP MARYLEBONE SHOP is looking for a talented and customer focused Manager to work closely alongside the General Manager
- this award winning shop with a bar/restaurant attached
- competitive salary for the right person
- 5 day rota over a 7 day working week
- manage daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures
- train and supervise shop staff to ensure excellent customer service
- monitor Overall Sales Performance with General Manager and develop strategies to improve sales. Prepare weekly reports and supervise the day to day running of the shop

- excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- highly organized with the ability to multitask and handle administrative duties
