Responsibility
- coordinating the ‘picking’ of items to be dispatched
- coordinating returns to customers and to back to warehouse stock
- effectively coordinating product issues with customers on time and ensuring returns are dealt with efficiently and promptly
- increasing online sales and productivity and ensure the eBay shop maintains it ‘Top Seller’ status
- ensuring telephone and face to face customer orders are carried out efficiently and the trade counter is managed effectively and professionally
- ensuring customer orders are correct, dispatched on time and the correct shipping methods i.e., Royal Mail or a courier service are used
- carrying out quality control processes including final checks on all goods ready for dispatch ensuring that the correct items and quantities match the order, and that the quality of the items are to a high standard
- working with the Company Director to ensure the efficient unloading of stock deliveries and coordinating the storage of new stock
