- ADI, BORDA or LANTRA qualification
- experience of working in a customer facing environment for at least 3 years

Responsibility
- ensure all activities are completed in a brand and Centre compliant manner
- to prepare vehicles and equipment at the start of the day
- to adhere at all times to the Company’s Safety Standards and Health and Safety policy and legislation
- to ensure you have up to date knowledge of Land Rover, its products, and its instructional protocols via the training courses provided
- 10. To report any maintenance faults to the Duty Manager
- 12. To assist with administrative tasks when requested
- a) Ensuring all customers are returned to the club house and all other operational vehicles on track are accounted for
- to undertake track maintenance/inspection if asked to do so
