  • knowledge and experience of accessing a range of external funding including Lottery, DWP, NHS, ESF, etc
  • ability to network and develop long term relationships and partners
  • A clear thinking, confident individual with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and communicate persuasively at all levels
  • good marketing, social media and promotion skills
  • experience of managing, developing, delivering and monitoring diverse training and community development projects including ESOL, employability, enterprise, vocational skills, Informal Adult Education etc
  • operations management: 2 years
  • ability to consistently meet demanding targets and to produce quality work in a busy, multi-functional environment and meet deadlines under pressure
