- experience of managing, developing, delivering and monitoring diverse training and community development projects including ESOL, employability, enterprise, vocational skills, Informal Adult Education etc

- ability to consistently meet demanding targets and to produce quality work in a busy, multi-functional environment and meet deadlines under pressure
