- atleast 1-2 year solid Commercial Conveyancing experience is essential
- you will be expected to provide professional, prompt, efficient and friendly services to clients
- you will have an excellent academic record
- residential Property experience is desirable
- you will have the ability to view situations from a commercial or business perspective
- other duties include being able to negotiate with clients and other professionals to secure objectives
- this requires you to look at a situation from different angles
- property Litigation/General Litigation experience is desirable
- A niche law firm with offices in Central and North London is looking for an highly skilled paralegal within the commercial property department
- responsible to a fee earner & partner, to assist and support the commercial as well as residential conveyancing teams
- assist business development
- hold a qualifying law degree or
- paralegal: 2 years
- hold a non-law degree plus a GDL, PGDL, CPE, or equivalent qualification
- you may be asked to demonstrate relevant experience and/or complete an admissions test
