  • have a good telephone manner and be confident speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person

Responsibility

  • provide excellent customer service and manage customer expectations
  • dealing with phone calls and emails enquiries
  • liaise with other members of the Team
  • work with site representatives in managing each site, providing guidance to assist in decisions and resolving disputes
  • deal with insurance claims
  • managing diaries including company calendar, meetings and site visits
  • creating and updating spreadsheets and databases
  • general office duties
