- processing high volumes of client orders accurately to an SLA target agreed within the team
- ensuring the accuracy of all quotes and orders by liaising with Vendors and Pre-Sales teams
- liaising with suppliers to ensure the delivery of orders
- processing returns and working with accounts and suppliers to raise credits
- working with the wider team, accounts department and suppliers to assist in resolving client service issues with orders, specifications or invoices
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar administrative role and the ability to provide outstanding client / customer service
- any experience within the IT industry will be advantageous
- good maths skills / the ability to work with numbers accurately
- excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment
- highly personable with great team player skills – the ability to interact fairly and respectfully with internal and external teams
