Responsibility
- taking a proactive role in managing and timely collection of debts of customers’ accounts
- providing efficient, timely and effective customer support to customers via email and phone in a prompt and professional way
- daily invoices/credit notes to be sent out by email
- preparing quotations and pro-forma invoices
- statements to be sent out by email mid-month and beginning of new month
- cooperating with Finance regarding credit notes, refunds, customers that are on stop and also processing card payments
- setting up terms and conditions of credits
- process RMA’s for non-faulty goods
Requirements
- college certification with a focus in business management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- good time-management skills with strong drive for results
- collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- able to build and maintain customer relationships
