Responsibility

  • reporting to Kopek's General Manager
  • due to expansion, we are looking to recruit Supervisors within our Operations department
  • be the first point of contact for Kopek’s 24-hour control room
  • handle incidents reported by the control room & colleagues
  • escalate incidents to the Out of hours Escalation if necessary
  • report writing and updating trackers
  • complete regular Site visits and Security Officer Inspection forms

Requirements

  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • previous experience supervising teams
  • UK Full Drivers Licence
  • relevant Supervisory/Leadership Experience/Qualifications
  • supervisory: 1 year
