Responsibility
as a Serviced Accommodations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our properties
you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our serviced accommodations, enhancing our brand presence, and driving sales growth
respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of our products/services and their value propositions
engage with potential customers through various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and emails
identify customer needs and effectively position the perfect stay for the customer
nurture relationships with prospects, providing ongoing support and information to guide them through the buying process and overcome any objections
ensure the smooth operation of all serviced accommodations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services
monitor and improve property standards to exceed guest expectations

Requirements
proven track record in sales, preferably in an inbound sales or customer service role
excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor
ability to actively listen, identify customer pain points, and articulate the benefits of our products/services effectively

proven experience in hotel management, property management, or a related field
