Responsibility
- develop and execute lead generation campaigns that target the hospitality sector
- plan, create and execute content across social media channels
- manage and optimise all email marketing activities including lead nurturing, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- manage website optimisation and conduct website analysis
- utilise analytics to report campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- conduct market research and analysis to keep informed on industry trends and competitors
- provide sales support by creating sales enablement materials, including sales collateral, presentations, and case studies
Requirements
- an understanding of B2B pipeline management
- has experience working with CRMs and campaign management tools
- familiarity with social media and digital marketing activities
- strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- has good analytical skills and experience with reporting tools
- must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
- at least 3 years of experience in demand generation for a tech company - experience in fintech, payments, or selling to hospitality businesses is a big plus
- based in the UK with the full right to work in the UK
