- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- project management from inception to event sign off, and delivery of key targets / deadlines for each event
- developing and writing of the event programme from start to finish
- supporting the diversity, equality and inclusion portfolio
- desk research and in-depth market research, to ensure viability of programmes, and to maximise each topic
- meeting, inviting and liaising with senior-level speakers, to ensure the most appropriate and appealing line up of speakers on events
- developing relationships with key industry bodies to assist with research, marketing and speaking opportunities
- close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to ensure commercial success
- writing copy for marketing materials and website
Education
- minimum one year content/event production experience
- flexible team player, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
- keen interest in equality, diversity and inclusion
- excellent research, written and oral communication skills
- excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to multi-task effectively
- strong interest and/or understanding of government, public sector policy is preferred, but not essential
- educated to degree level, 2:1 minimum
