Responsibility

  • family friendly & dog friendly hotel in beautiful Studland is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor
  • ensure excellent customer service by coaching staff on how to exceed guest expectations
  • take steps to identify and support training needs
  • ensuring the staff complete their daily activities
  • carry out opening and closure procedures
  • greet and engage guests, advising on current menus products
  • handle customer enquiries and complaints, understanding when to escalate to the F&B Manager
  • we have now an opportunity to join our dynamic team as Food & Beverage Supervisor and assist our Food & Beverage Manager in the day to day running of the department
