Responsibility

  • responsible for building an online system monitoring and early warning platform
  • troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
  • responsible for collecting and assigning system problem feedback from each R&D team
  • perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and fail-over procedures
  • responsible for the system deployment,configuration and maintenance of R&D team's projects to ensure the safe and stable operation of the website and service applications
