Responsibility
knights Lodge Properties Ltd is a new build developer based in Margate, looking to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator
from time to time, you maybe be asked to carry out ad hock task in support for the Director and Project Manager when necessary, within the office as and when necessary
place order with suppliers on behalf of Project Manager/Director as and when required
ensure budget records are maintained and accurate
issue service charge invoices with receipts to customers and chase payments when necessary
ensure all legal certificates, i.e. Gas Safety Certificates and Electrical Certificates are valid/up to date and ensure annual renewals are completed
maintain CIS/VAT Records and liaise with accountants for monthly/quarterly and annual returns
liaise with tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisor when arranging and monitoring works and repairs
