  • the Contracts Manager should have a minimum of 5 year’s experience running multiple large residential groundworks packages
  • salary - competitive, package depending on skills and experience
  • pro-active involvement in site safety management
  • liaising with the client to ensure satisfaction with site performance
  • producing site-specific RAMS
  • the Knight Group have an exciting new role for a Contracts Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering projects to a high standard and is adept with working as part of a team
  • ensuring site staff carry out their duties to meet programme, quality, safety and environmental requirements
  • ensuring the correct Plant & Labour resources are being implemented on-site

Requirements

  • managers CSCS Card
  • thorough and sound knowledge of Groundworks
  • knowledge and understanding of safety legislation
  • strong commercial awareness and capability
  • robust people skills to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • be able to manage and prioritise own time
  • maintain strong safety & Quality culture on all sites
