Responsibility
end-to-end management of member, campaign and partnership events across both brands
being the main point of contact for venues and sponsors throughout the event campaigns
proactively reaching out to PRs and partners to pitch new events, building and maintaining strong relationships with them
building a preferred supplier list of venues
creating post event reporting, evaluating the performance of events and making recommendations
creating the 2024 events strategy, calendar and project plans, researching and proposing innovative event ideas to increase members engagement and drive revenue. Presenting this to the Head of Growth and communicating this clearly to the wider team
attending and being the brand representative at events to ensure smooth running
working with other departments and internal and external stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of events, including working closely with the marketing team on marketing and communication plans for each event
Requirements
creative problem solver - Ability to think through problems to find appropriate solutions
collaborative - Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders
commercial acumen – Understand how events fit into the wider business strategy, and how to both develop and demonstrate this
organised – This is a varied role working across multiple events - being organised and being able to multitask is essential to make sure nothing slips through the cracks
