dealing with all correspondence and all other day to day admin duties
making sure the customer's order database on the Retail System is up to date
chasing suppliers for order confirmaton and deliveries
being the first point of contact for all visitors in the stores and greeting them to ensure they feel welcome and comfortable
we are a busy furniture store based in Cricklewood seeking an Administrator with experience to assist with service-related queries and general office administration
Requirements
polite and presentable
proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
excellent organizational and leadership skills
familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
administrative: 1 year
qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
