Responsibility

  • dealing with all telephone enquiries and trasferring them to relevant departments
  • customer service management
  • arranging delivieries for goods with customers and wholesalers and importers
  • dealing with all correspondence and all other day to day admin duties
  • making sure the customer's order database on the Retail System is up to date
  • chasing suppliers for order confirmaton and deliveries
  • being the first point of contact for all visitors in the stores and greeting them to ensure they feel welcome and comfortable
  • we are a busy furniture store based in Cricklewood seeking an Administrator with experience to assist with service-related queries and general office administration

Requirements

  • polite and presentable
  • proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • administrative: 1 year
  • qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
