Responsibility

  • preparation of all parts to be delivered for plating, on the anodising bench
  • management of the stores system to 'Book In' and 'Book Out' items as required from business needs
  • ensures all paperwork is present and correct for all parts being sent to anodising
  • ensures the system is updated for all parts being sent to anodising and subsequently returned
  • continuous monitoring of inventory levels through periodic stocktaking activities
  • ensuring strict adherence to all relevant Health and Safety procedures
  • coordination of allocation and kitting of inventory required for scheduled work
  • documents actions as appropriate/completes all company paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
