Requirements
- to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen along with the catering team
- to maintain and comply with regulatory standards and food hygiene and all Health and Safety aspects of the kitchen
- to monitor stock levels and be responsible for ordering stocks as required
- the role will involve weekdays, weekends and over the summer some early evening hours
- manage a team of catering staff, including servers and bar staff, management of staff rotas and staff training as needed
- to deliver excellent customer service to Golf Club members and visitors

- to oversee all aspects of the catering operations, including planning, preparing, cooking and presentation of food to a high standard, including a full range of meals from breakfasts, lunches and early evening meals according to season
