Responsibility
- provide both first- and second-line IT support to all our business users across three sites in the UK
- support users in the use of Hardware and Software applications by providing training and advice where necessary
- setting up new IT Hardware such as Computers, Printers, and Work mobiles for our business users
- assist with the maintenance and monitoring of all company IT hardware
- assist in monitoring software licensing
- assist with maintaining cyber security
Requirements
- above two years’ experience with IT support
- A good knowledge of Office 365 applications
- ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- to be flexible and adaptable to support the needs of the business
- ability to effectively plan, organise and manage own workloads
- able to work to strict deadlines
- technical support: 2 years
- A full UK driving licence
