Responsibility
- to manage and drive Operations to achieve the Company's strategic objectives in line with the annual budget and business plan
- to rigorously review and eliminate risk in all areas of the operations, including purchasing, manufacturing, health and safety and quality
- ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed in accordance with company procedures, looking for opportunities for continuous improvements
- to find creative and sustainable solutions to production challenges, including oversight of new warehouse facilities where applicable
- to work with the the senior leadership team to achieve both the immediate and longer-term growth objectives of the company
- to ensure a 6S is fully integrated and compliant within the Production teams
- forge strong working relations cross functionally and support across planning and projects
- to have strategic oversight of the order book, ensuring resources and stock are managed in the most cost-effective way to meet agreed delivery dates of the order book and material stock levels at a minimum
