- experience of using estimating software
- full UK Driving licence
- surveying: 3 years
- NHF and NSR schedule of rates: 3 years
- local authority frameworks: 1 year
Responsibility
- attending strategy/opportunity meetings with relevant stakeholders
- any other reasonable duties as directed by your Manager
- working within the Group Bid Team, undertaking estimating services across all our subsidiary companies
- ensure competitive bids, including risk and value management during the tender period and visit site to identify site-specific risks
