Responsibility
- run the successful ‘transition meeting’ with relevant internal stake holders from the moment that sales have secured a written order
- clarify the scope of works with all parties involved
- ensure the master document is used and tracked by site and office to monitor agreed price and programme and variations
- join daily project meeting to identify updates and keep coordination through the team
- agree and track project rates with approved install teams
- assign tasks to internal teams and ensure tasks are completed to keep to agreed timeline and budget
- day to day communication with all parties to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget
- find solutions to problems as and when required to ensure client satisfaction
