Responsibility
the Head Chef is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Kitchen
the Head Chef will also be responsible for hiring, training, supervision, and accountability of staff
this individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining an engaging and positive work environment, ensuring food quality and presentation is maintained, and ensuring compliance with all safety, sanitation, and food health regulations
Requirements
minimum of two years’ experience in a high-volume food service environment
must have experience with all aspects of food preparation and service
must have excellent customer service skills
must have excellent communication skills
must be able to work in a fast paced environment
must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
