Responsibility
- regularly sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, removing hair, dust, and debris
- clean and disinfect all salon equipment, tools, workstations, and styling chairs between clients, adhering to sanitation protocols
- thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with supplies
- empty trash receptacles throughout the salon and dispose of waste properly
- wash and fold towels, capes, and other linens, ensuring they are clean and readily available
- manage laundry supplies and inform the supervisor when reordering is needed
- maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the salon, including reception area, waiting area, and treatment rooms
- restock supplies as needed
Requirements
- previous experience in cleaning or sanitation preferred, but not required
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
- good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks
- positive attitude and a team player
- knowledge of basic safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals
