Waste of money and didn't achieve any of the promised results (in fact I was told when signing up that success in losing weight was GUARANTEED).
I persevered for 8 months but got tired of forking out a sizeable amount of money to be talked to like a 4 year old by some of the staff.
Save your money and join a gym with a pool and if you go regularly success really will be guaranteed.

Avoid it. My money £535 taken the issue you go in for gets worse, you tell the Manager she doesn’t like listening. Please don’t waste ur money I didn’t get what I paid for just lost out £535
