Responsibility
- some knowledge of the motor industry preferable but not necessary, full training will be provided
- must have held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years
- pay will consist of a base salary and a generous quarterly bonus for hitting targets on jobs completed
- this vacancy is for a mobile SMART repair technician, you will be carrying out small to medium repairs on car bodywork, from bumper scuffs to medium size dents on a panel at the customer's home
- salary progression scheme with quarterly reviews in year 1 and 2
- the candidate will be responsible for carrying out SMART repairs at customer sites, must have a strong work ethic and be trusted to be able to work alone
- the role will require good time keeping to ensure maximum number of repairs can be achieved each day, you will be responsible for your own time keeping
- this is a trainee role and will involve 4 weeks of initial training in Kidderminster - successful applicant must be able to commit to staying away for this Monday-Friday for the first four weeks
