  • overseeing the collation of monthly information and committing the monthly payroll
  • responding to employee queries relating to payroll, benefits and pensions

Responsibility

  • producing and responding to ad-hoc reporting/management information requests
  • to support the HR team with the running of projects in line with the team’s business objectives as and when required
  • quality control/checking of data entered into HRIS ensuring accurate and up to date records are kept
  • support with coordinating the HR budget and liaising with Finance where necessary
