  • ensure that hotel guests are satisfied with service; take action appropriately in the event of complaints
  • maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, and public areas such as front desk and hallways; replace supplies as needed
  • respond to guest inquiries; prepare room keys; answer phones; perform cashier duties as assigned
  • conduct security checks on guests and vehicles entering hotel property
