Responsibility

  • oversee the lettings process for residential properties
  • advertise and market available properties to attract potential tenants
  • conduct property viewings and provide information to interested parties
  • screen and evaluate tenant applications, including conducting background checks and verifying references
  • prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements in compliance with real estate laws and regulations
  • collect and manage rental payments from tenants
  • coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
  • address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations related to lettings
  • experience in property management or a related field is preferred
  • excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and documentation
  • proficiency in relevant software applications for property management
