Responsibility

  • A great opportunity to work on a well maintained and friendly private estate nestled behind Sovereign Marina
  • the successful applicant will work alongside a PA, have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team
  • able to manage contractors, set targets, check work and manage cyclical maintenance and work schedules
  • ability to inspect the estate regularly, report on site and property condition or issues
  • kings Park is an 18 acre estate with 181 privately owned freehold bungalows and ideally you will have previous experience in property management or similar although not essential
  • based in our on-site offices, your role will include reporting directly to the board of directors and the following experience and duties will also be required
  • be familiar with accounting software such as Xero or similar, for purchase & sales ledger, reconciliations, billing etc. Software specific training will be given
