  • experience of running & managing commercial operations – with a focus on late night licensed trade venues
  • have a National Insurance number, or be in the process of applying for one
  • WAVE training

Responsibility

  • direct responsibility & accountability for the Guys Campus commercial income & expenditure budget
  • ensure the delivery of income generation targets through proactive budget management & financial planning
  • responsible for ensuring accurate counting & deposit of takings &, where appropriate, ensuring correct settlement with any third party
  • ensure weekly & monthly financial reports are monitored, explained & that remedial action is taken where appropriate
  • ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained at each outlet & rotas are within budget
  • provide a regular critical analysis of financial information & current activity
  • ensure the highest standards of customer care are always adhered to
  • ensure all financial & reporting procedures are followed
