  • we are seeking a talented and experienced System Engineer to join our cybersecurity team and ensure the highest level of security and integrity throughout our automotive systems
  • position: System Engineer - Cybersecurity - Automotive
  • threat Modelling: Conduct threat modelling exercises to identify potential vulnerabilities in automotive systems, considering various attack vectors and potential consequences
  • security Requirements: Define and document cybersecurity requirements for automotive components and systems based on industry standards and best practices
  • risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments to evaluate the potential impact of cybersecurity threats and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant automotive cybersecurity standards, such as ISO/SAE 21434 and SAE J3061

Requirements

  • bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • proven experience as a System Engineer, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity, within the automotive industry
  • strong understanding of automotive communication protocols and cybersecurity challenges in the automotive domain
  • knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks specific to the automotive industry, such as ISO/SAE 21434 and SAE J3061
  • experience with threat modelling, risk assessment, and security architecture design
  • university degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • relevant certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional or Certified Automotive Cybersecurity Professional are a plus
  • knowledge of dSPACE tools and Vector Canalyzer/CANoe
