Responsibility

  • co-ordinate projects such as market research and school curriculum programmes with wider team, providing key updates where viable
  • manage the production of research reports, workshops, presentations and other forms of research output
  • use statistics, data, and evidence in order to highlight key findings, narratives and themes
  • support communication teams to craft compelling angles that will drive awareness and engagement
  • liaise with external stakeholders including voluntary, private and public sector organisations to increase opportunities for parents, schools and politicians
  • co-ordinate projects with wider team, providing key updates where viable
  • write research proposals, literature reviews and evidence toolkits
  • research, identify and qualify project research, findings and statistics, developing tables and charts, providing commentary and reporting

Requirements

  • at least five years working in a research, policy and/or evaluation role
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • experience of using data to derive key research findings
  • demonstrable understanding of research methodologies
  • the ability to present findings for varied audiences
  • experience with designing questionnaires, research projects or evaluations
  • A non-judgemental and apolitical approach to the Early Years
  • project management: 3 years
