Responsibility
- we're actively seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Commercial site here at Castlegate Business park
- working alongside a Client team, you will ensure that all facilities within the Business Park are maintained to the highest standards
- main Responsibilities
- make sure plant and controls within the Buildings are serviced/ maintained and kept in full working condition
- carry out any PPM and Reactive Tasks on all plant rooms and public area’s and Offices
- by carrying out PPM and Reactive work, your job will be vital to assure that our Clients have no issues with Building Maintenance
- support the department with any project or task being carried out within the Business Park when required
- supervise and coordinate the activities of the facilities maintenance team
Requirements
- strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire those around them
- excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting the needs of internal management
- proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- maintenance: 5 years
