people need support and guidance, this company is all about money making and show no real genuine interest in the welfare of the young people, Rachel the manger has a Severe bipolar diagnosis and is still left to oversea serious decisions while in a mental erratic state, which has led to a number of young people being unfairly misplaced or forced to leave placements that they considered home

"Kilter Care does not seem to have the young people’s best interests at heart. My experience with them was very poor and I cannot recommend their services based on the lack of genuine care for those they are meant to support
