Working hours
- full-time | Part-time
Responsibility
- to support and enable Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual
- to maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge
- would suit aged 21 or over
- previous experience & NVQ level 2 is preferred but not essential as training is provided
- kilcullen Homes currently has vacancies for Care Support Workers within our residential home in Watford working with people with mental health diagnosis
- looking for immediate start for day shift work weekdays and weekends
- to provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Senior Care Support Worker
