Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- management of all team members on shift to ensure that they are fulfilling their duties
- deputising for the General Manager in periods of absence, sickness or annual leave
- assist with any rota requirements to ensure the right number of staff are working on each shift
- tracking the business performance against set KPI’s
- completing daily relevant checks, confirming that all tasks have been completed to a good standard and informing Management of any issues
- to ensure that all Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to and all matters relating to this are dealt with in line with the companies Health and Safety policy
- stock management/control, ensuring all core stock is kept at good levels and reordered in a timely manner
Requirements
- proven experience as in a supervisory/managerial role
- strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- people management and customer service skills
- experience of running a busy venue
- computer literate
- ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- flexible in your approach to work, including regular weekend work, bank holidays and school holidays too
