Responsibility
to plan & lead a range of Forest School sessions, with our Nursery & Holiday Club children which develop resilience, perseverance, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
to show an understanding of the forest school ethos, be a Level 3 Qualified Leader, or agree to sign up for the course during your employment
to know and abide by all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage, in particular the Statutory requirements and development matters document
to read, learn and abide by the settings individual policies and procedures, to contribute towards making changes/adaptations to these with the setting manager. To ensure the staff team are always abiding by these
to provide the highest level of care to, and create relationships with a key group of children, working closely with their parents on how to best support their needs
to liaise with the manager of the setting on individual children’s progress, to voice any concerns, liaise with outside agencies where needed
to advise the line manager on the necessary purchasing of any equipment
to ensure that the activities promote child-led learning and contribute to the emotional and mental health and well-being and holistic development of all children
