Responsibility
- carry out daily responsibilities of the nursery
- to give support to other staff within the nursery
- liaising with parents and staff to ensure the smooth running of the room
- maintain a high quality environment to meet the needs of individual children
- challenge poor quality experiences and bring to the attention of the room supervisor
- ensure stimulating and first hand learning experiences and opportunities are available throughout the day; with areas enhanced to meet the interests of every child
- work alongside the managment team to confidently challenge staff to ensure routines are embedded and the ethos of Kids Country Day Nursery is reflected in practice
