Responsibility

overall accountability for several customer project deliveries tracking delivery against pre-agreed deliverables within Statements of Work
develop scope and estimates for customer implementations, ensuring active management of risk and issues
manage relevant customer stakeholder relationships and act as day-to-day contact for all delivery issues
manage project controls and ensure regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders
timely engagement with production operation teams to ensure seamless handover to run
agree and implement a timetable of regular meetings for delivery activities to cover internal and customer delivery teams, monitoring overall use of resources

Requirements

management of multiple technical implementations across several customers at any one time
strong communicator at all levels with a proven ability to translate messaging depending on audience
proven leadership skills in a complex, technically demanding software development environment
proven track record and hands-on experience in leading software delivery using Agile methodology utilising worldwide teams
ability to challenge and explore opportunities to improve delivery capability, cognisant of the clients culture and current position in the market
strong analytical and diagnostic skills, particularly with regard to technical risks, issues and constraints
you must be comfortable in leading teams in remote environments
strong people and management experience with a proven ability to guide, motivate and inspire a highly productive, dynamic, and technically proficient team
