- we are parents of our son, a 5-year-old boy with Autism Spectrum Disorder seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support during school drop-off and pick-up times and help him to engage in activities such as swimming, soft play and access to a day centre after school pick-up

- meal preparation before and after school and light laundry duties
Requirements
- previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or special needs is highly desirable
- A strong understanding of ASD and the ability to apply appropriate strategies for behaviour management and communication
- patience, empathy, and a compassionate nature when working with children
- reliability and punctuality to ensure the child's punctual arrival at school and timely pick-up
- A flexible approach to adapt to individual needs and respond to any unexpected situations
- full UK driving licence
- DBS check
- home care: 1 year
