Requirements
- supervisory: 1 year
Responsibility
- to ensure all procedures and workload are carried out in accordance with the instructions provided by the Management team
- ensure all tasks are correctly documented including reports of any discrepancies and damages, be that with paperwork or using the Warehouse Management System via the RF Handheld Scanner/bay mounts
- ensure the team’s activities comply with all procedures, controlled documentation and regulations
- to undertake other reasonable additional duties when necessary
- working with the Shift Manager to set, check and achieve Key Performance Indicator targets. ensure your team are aware of the targets and the day’s important tasks
- conduct clear handovers with Team Leaders on the next shift to ensure continuity of information.Work closely with other departments to ensure that the site works as a large team rather than individual shifts or departments.Encourage an open, honest and professional relationship with your subordinates and be available to discuss their concerns/ideas
- be responsible for personal development, identifying training requirements and communicating them to relevant parties.Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
