Requirements
- previous experience in an IT support role for a Managed Service Provider is essential for this role
- basic knowledge of networking, router setups, switches and access point are also required
- you must be able to support, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems. Experience with any Apple products is desirable but not essential
- office 365 Administration: 3 years
- IT Support Helpdesk: 3 years
- intune Administration: 1 year
- sharePoint Administration: 1 year
Responsibility
- be the first point of contact for any problems reported by our clients
- troubleshoot and research reported problems, then implement solutions or workarounds
- help to maintain our ticketing system, managing reported problems and keeping our clients informed
- creating and maintaining documentation relating to our client’s IT systems
- help with the roll out of new software or hardware
