  • keystone Architecture and Design was founded in 2021 and has been growing since
  • we are a young and passionate group of architects based in Worcester, with most of our clientele in the Cotswolds and London
  • our team works from home as well as on site, this is why we are looking for a freelancer that is able to work independently but within 1 hour drive from the Cotswolds
  • we work on residential and commercial projects and, due to a recent exciting project increase, we are looking for an enthusiastic experienced individual that can join our team
  • whilst we work closely with a team of professionals covering structural engineers, energy consultants, planners and interior designers that offer competent advice tailored to each project specifics
  • our creative practice offers the full complement of design services: architecture, interior architecture, interior design and energy efficient design
  • the practice works on listed residences to innovative contemporary new buildings, designing, planning, and developing are integral tasks in our daily routine

Requirements

  • registered Architect or ARB recognised Part 2 qualification in Architecture
  • excellent construction and UK building regulation knowledge
  • experience in leading projects from concept to completion at least 2 years
  • strong design and technical skills with high standards of presentation
  • ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers in a highly professional manner
  • proficiency with ArchiCAD, this skill is essential
  • experience in residential projects highly advantageous, though not essential
  • passion for architecture & creating unique, innovative concepts
